Eligibility Policy

Rider must be 24 years of age or older.
Rider must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle driving license. (Domestic/International)
Rider must not be undergoing any alcohol/drug/other traffic violations in the past.
Payments are accepted only through cash, debit card, credit card or internet banking.
Identification – Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport mandatory for all self-drive rentals
Driving License – Rider must possess a valid driving license held for minimum 2 years

Original documents will be returned to the renter on last day
Booking can be cancelled at any-time by the company if the renter proofs are not satisfied
Comfort Carz will not be responsible for any damages during the travel. Rider should take care of the repairing charges by his/her own up to Rs. 25,000/-
Insurance claim can be applicable for damage or repairing charges above Rs. 25,000/- only. For any excess charges apart from claim amount, the renter will be liable to pay
Comfort Carz will take of any mechanical fault in vehicles while on
travelling
